There's nothing hidden, no "fine print". And the prices are better than any other car lot. If you don't like their prices, you probably shouldn't be trying to get a vehicle from ANY car lot 🤷 just saying.

Fred was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about my situation. He didn’t try to up-sell me, or put me in a car I couldn’t afford. I told him the car I wanted, and the terms I could afford, AND HE MADE IT WORK! He was able to get me a better down payment, payments I can afford, and just made the whole process super easy over all. My check engine light came on a couple of days after I bought my car and when I went back, Daniel was there to help me and left me in the capable hands their service department. John was great to work with and made me feel heard. When I dropped off my car, he got Lyft to deliver me back to work which I truly appreciated. He kept me informed with the status of my car and when my car was fixed he offered to hire another car to pick me up. But walking in to Markosian Auto was honestly a blessing.
It was the 1st car lot we went to but still wanted to check out others. After returning a month later, Elliott remembered my daughter's name and that was after only 1 conversation. That alone was impressive. Then add the kindness, patience & all around respect from everyone in the building. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. No bait and switch, no run around and both Mike and Elliot where professional the entire time. There was nothing they didn’t explain, nor where there any surprises at the end. Other dealerships use the, “we must have fail to mention that” excuse when surprises come up. Mike and Elliot made no excuses and they where human, not your typical pushy salesman.
Logan is a smaller location, but, Elliot and Mike both gave 110% to make it a huge location experience. They both stayed 2 hours after the closing time to get the car delivered to me that day, as promised.
I recommend Nick Markosian Auto - Logan Utah location. Elliot and Mike both are stand up dealers. They showed me respect, confidence, honesty and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. If your needing a car, drive to the Logan location, you’ll be glad you did. read less

But I was pleasantly surprised! I had a young salesperson by the name of Luis Nieves who knew his stuff and was able to work his magic for me, and in about 2 hours I was out of that dealership in a vehicle that I could afford, one that is suitable to my needs and desires, and I have never been more impressed with a salesperson than I was with Luis tonight. He was polite and well-mannered, he knew exactly what needed to happen for me to drive off in a vehicle and he made it happen. He wasn't about to be letting me get away without purchasing a car. With so many other dealerships over the past couple of months when I have been looking for a vehicle that I could get into, all I was getting was turn-downs and rejections. Luis took that away and he made a deal work for me. He was able to get my down payment requirement reduced by 50% and I was able to pay the down in a couple of installments before my actual monthly car payment comes due. That is amazing. This young man knows his stuff, and Mr Markosian, you give him a raise, which he so rightly deserves. With my poor credit, and me being a retired veteran on social security and very low income, for him to be able to get me into a vehicle as easily as he did, that is a feat of magic and nothing short of a miracle. CONS-the website does say the DP on a lot of vehicles that is required with In House financing.. but when I went in, anything pretty much on the website was a lie.. Actually our whole experience with all 3 locations was great. We were interested in a few different cars and they had them brought up to Logan for us to test drive and worked with several financial institutions helping to find us a payment that worked within our budget. We didn't feel any pressure at any time to get into a car and eventually the right vehicle worked out for us. We love our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder! The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is that whomever was responsible for detailing did a horrible job!. The car had a strange odor and when we vacuumed it ourselves a few days later, we discovered dog hair and sand under the seats and 3rd row seating as well as a dirty seat and floor mats. This won't stop us from recommending Makosian Auto to friends and family and working with them in the future

No jokes or cracks about living in Utah with them "Mormons" with big families. They were kind and let us take the van for a spin, we could not buy the car when we wanted to and told them we had to wait, they were nice and said "We can't hold it for you" however, they decided to not put any pressure on us to get the car that day. When we finally had the money to purchase the car they reached out to us and continued to stay with us through text messaging.
Professional kind staff, who are just trying to run an honest business. When it came to the warranty up sell they were low pressure and made it our decision.
They did not get upset when all our kids were walking around. It was a good experience!
